The service
mybud is a personal budgeting app by Tech Lumen. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping access to your sign-in method (Google or Apple) secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Subscriptions & purchases
- mybud Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription (with a free trial where shown) and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their store policies.
Fair use
Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service or other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
No financial advice
mybud is a tracking tool. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, or tax advice.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Lumen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here. Continuing to use mybud after a change means you accept it.
